Colon health is linked to a multitude of health issues. such as cancer, gastro- intestinal diseases and problems, hallotosis, skin problems and more.  Otherwise known as Colonics, Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe, gentle and effective method of cleansing the colon of old dried toxins that may be affecting your health.  Studies indicate a clean and healthy colon can help reduce the risk of some of these health problems.

Ear Candling is an ancient, but effective modality that can help remove wax from the ear cannal.  It is easy, pain free and safe for all people.  Using long cone shaped "candles" heat softens the earwax which is gently removed through the vacuum created by the hollow candle and the smoke.  This may be helpful for infections and swimmers ear as well.  People with wax impacted hearing problems, sinus problems and sinus related headaches have reported relief with ear candling.

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and thera- peutic style of body- work. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Integrative Massage is a modality that incorporates the physical body and energy or chi.  It is extremely relaxing and invigorating at the same time.  I incorporate this with your Swedish Massage to give you the optimal experience.

Deep tissue massage may be added to your massage for no additional charge.  Each massage is tailored for each person's specific needs and desired outcome.

I also work with pregnant women after the first trimester in a side lying massage.  Massage is helpful is reducing or eliminating discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as back discomfort, circulation issues, edema of the legs, and general fatigue.
